Course begins on January 9, 2017. This course is customized to help people struggling with anxiety and depression and related issues, such as chronic pain and insomnia. It is also good for people with high levels of stress or who are recovery from injury or illness. This is a very gentle class suitable for all levels and all bodies. The class is capped at eight people and has sold out every session, so make sure to reserve in advance.
