Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation for Depression and Anxiety
It can be hard to get to class, especially if you work a lot of hours or travel regularly. But sometimes you just need tools. Tools to manage panic attacks, to release tension, to breathe properly, to sleep. This online course will provide you with a range of tools to manage your anxiety and depression, as well as aches and pains that can accompany these conditions.
Course fee includes online modules as well as "office hours" where you can log on and ask questions live. Fee also includes email and telephone access to get your questions answered.
This course is suitable for all levels, no experience required. Also recommended for mental health practitioners who want to incorporate more bodywork and meditation into their treatment sessions.
