A therapeutic, gentle and trauma-sensitive class for anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain and/or PTSD. All levels and bodies welcome, no yoga experience necessary.

Love Your Brain
Gentle yoga for people who have sustained traumatic brain injuries (including concussion) and their caregivers. Free for those who meet the criteria. Please see www.loveyourbrain.com for registration and eligibility details.
Next session starts on January 10 and runs for six weeks. This program currently runs eight times per year with alternating teachers.
*The therapeutic components of my training and teaching are through training received via Yoga Therapy International's Certified Yoga Therapist program, in addition to practicum/mentor work with certified therapists, doctors and psychiatrists, and are not derived from my status as an RYT ® with Yoga Alliance Registry. While yoga has incredible therapeutic benefits, I cannot and do not diagnose or cure health conditions.
